Catalyst 9300X-24Y stack slow / no console and SSH after upgrade

We have stack of 9300x switches that was very slow when connecting to CLI or WebUI.

We thought a IOS update to 17.14.01 would solve this. 
After the upgrade we can't connect with SSH or console to the stack anymore. 
If we try via another acces switch that is online we can reach the Core.

Searching the community i found things about slow console in relation to TACACS but we are not running this.

CPU utilization seems normal.
I did see CPU queue 14 SW forwarding increasing on drops.

Anyone has an idea what this can be?

Is this stack switch ? are you connected to right Switch console to get output ?

Is this switch have access to the network ?

Did TAC suggested to upgrade to 17.14.X  code ?

Are you able to ping the Switch and does the switch can able to provide the users connectivity ?

suggest to check the Logs on the switch  and also post show run (removing confidential information)
