Hi,

Thank you for your reply. I am sharing the both original configuration which is running smoothly and the same configuration we are trying to load in the new switch, what are the errors are coming.

Model No of Switches are

Model No: Catalyst 2960 Series(Old)
Model No: Catalyst 2960Plus Series SI(New)

Thanks

Hi,

Your newer Catalyst 2960Plus Series SI switch can ONLY run the LAN-LITE feature set.
Applying QOS with class-maps & policy-maps is NOT supported on these switches.
Unfortunately you CAN NOT upgrade/downgrade the feature on these switches.

Please see the Q&A session re these switches at this link:-

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/switches/catalyst-2960-plus-series-switches/qa_c67-728215.html

Also from the config guides:-

Restrictions for QoS

The following are the restrictions for QoS:
• To use these features, the switch must be running the LAN Base image: stacking, DSCP, auto-QoS, trusted boundary, policing, marking, mapping tables, and weighted tail drop.

• Ingress queueing is not supported.

• You can configure QoS only on physical ports. VLAN-based QoS is not supported. You configure the QoS settings, such as classification, queueing, and scheduling, and apply the policy map to a port. When configuring QoS on a physical port, you apply a nonhierarchical policy map to a port.

• If the switch is running the LAN Lite image you can:
 ◦  Configure ACLs, but you cannot attach them to physical interfaces. You can attach them to VLAN interfaces to filter traffic to the CPU.

◦ Enable only cos trust at interface level.

◦ Enable SRR shaping and sharing at interface level.

◦ Enable Priority queueing at interface level.

◦ Enable or disable mls qos rewrite ip dscp.

• The switch must be running the LAN Base image to use the following QoS features:
 ◦ Policy maps

◦ Policing and marking

◦ Mapping tables

◦ WTD

Hope this helps
