Catalyst switch 3850 is not getting associated with stack after IOS upgrade from denali to everest

Hi 

I am facing an issue on cisco 3850 switch stack , one of the switch is not getting associated with the existing stack after the IOS upgrade from Denali 16.3.6 to Everest 16.6.5. I can able to see the stack cable status

Already done also changed the stack cable

Console into switch 2 and reboot.
Post the entire boot-up process of switch 2 so we can investigate further.

Switch 2 is elected as a active switch

Output shows switch 2 booting up properly but not joining the stack.
You might need to reboot the entire stack (including switch 2) and see if it fixes things.

I did reboot switch 2 as well as the entire stack both will not help to resolve the issue
