Hi Guys ,
I am not able to copy a IOS from a CAT IOS switch.
Though the flash is getting detected , but it is giving an error "wrong
device"
Attached is error:

It's asking you for the device ie. which flash to store the image on and you are typing in the image name. When it asks you for the device eg -
Flash device [bootflash]?
just hit return.

In a 2948 (cat 4000 code) it is bootflash for the destination or source as indicated in the prompt . Flash is the general term used in IOS based switches and routers for storage.
