What is the command for CBS350-24P-4G 24-Port Gigabit PoE Managed Switch model to get the temperature in values rather that saying temp is ok? In catalyst model it shows the value for temperature.

You can also try following commands:
show power inline
show power inline gi1/0/1

"when I checked with sh system the below output, but it says 61 degree but actually room temperature is 25 degree."
And?
I.e. are you questioning that the temperature within the device is warmer than ambient room temperature or are you concerned with the specific internal device temperature?

I dont think it is true 61 degree.

"I dont think it is true 61 degree."
Certainly that's possibly, but why do you think it might be incorrect?
If because the exhaust air doesn't seem anywhere that hot, that might be easily explained by whatever the temp sensor is measuring is that hot. Often the sensor is placed where it will obtain the hottest reading, as being the hottest, and within the acceptable range, we assume the rest of the device is okay too.

The internal component of the switch is reporting 61 degrees.
A switch, no matter the manufacturer, does not have the capability to determine the room temperature.
