CBS110-16T Switch Info Help

Hello,

I have several questions regarding the CBS11-16T-NA (North America) network switch. Any help is much appreciated.

  • Does the item utilize: A) Electronic AC switch consisting of optically coupled input and output circuits (insulated thyristor
AC switches), B) Electronic switch, including temperature protected, consisting of transistor and a logic chip (chip
on chip technology), or C) Electromechanical snap-action switches for a current not exceeding 11 amps?
  • If no to all of the above, is the switch one of the following?
    • rotary type (if so, what is the amps (A) rating?)
    • push button type (if so, what is the amps (A) rating? if a push button switch, is it a momentary contact switch, gang switch, or other type?)
    • snap action other than limit
    • knife type
    • slide type
    • limit type
  • Is this panel/board assembly containing other types of electrical circuit apparatus such as fuses, relays, etc, as well as a switch(s)?

is this a real question or do you really have no idea what you are talking about?

but the answer is NONE of the mentioned characteristics.
all characteristics you mention are for PHYSICAL switches like  a mains switch, to connect or interrupt two (or more) wires

the CBS11-16T-NA is not an AC switch, it is  a networking switch which  processes ethernet packets following a technique called packet switching.
