I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to seek assistance regarding an issue we are experiencing with our CBS220-24P-4X switch, which is connected to Ubiquiti access points.
We are encountering errors on the ports to which the access points are connected, as well as on the fiber port that connects to a CBS250 switch (leading to the internet). Under certain loads, we see an increase in errors, leading to sluggish internet connectivity and noticeable lag.
We have confirmed that the fiber connection is functioning properly through testing. The multimode fiber run is approximately 180 meters long, and we have already replaced the SFP modules without resolving the issue.
