I'd like to know if the 10 Gigabit Ethernet RJ45 interface of the CBS350-16XTS switch complies with the IEEE 802.3bz standard which allows to interface without loss of performance with: 

• 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet
• 5 Gigabit Ethernet
• And backwards compatible 100 Mbps and 1 Gbps

I can't find any information about this on CISCO's website.

Would anyone have a feedback?

what document it mentioned it supports 2.5 and 5G ethernet. i do not believe SMB switch does until the product is specifically said and supported.
