Hi,

Can anybody suggest me that HDLC, PPP are part of CCIE routing & Switching.

They aren't listed in the blueprint

However, don't study just for the lab. Try to learn PPP for your own good. There is nothing to configure as far as HDLC, that's the default Cisco encapsulation on WAN interfaces.
