I did a cdp neighbors and it is showing me 3 different equipment in the same interface

Agree with Leo, we see this quite frequently when we have non-CDP devices inbetween the source of the CDP and other CDP devices.

What does 2/0/39 connect to? Is it some kind of a shared metro ethernet network? Or a hub maybe?

The only time I saw something like that is a transparent switch (that doesn't support CDP) or a hub.
