i cant access CE 500 switch on its web interface or from Cisco Network Assistant. and hour ago i've notice that the CPU utilization shoot up to 99% and now i cant access switch.
what could be wrong?i didnt made any changes on the switch recently....
Known issue with this switch. Permanent solution for this issue would be to upgrade the switch's software to the latest IOS version 12.2(25)SEG. This version has several bug fixes and has a significant improvement in the alarm log management; it also fixes the high CPU utilization issue since it disables by default the feature that was causing it.
