Change default interface name from gigabit 1/0/1 to gigabit 0/1

Hi guys.

For some reasons, we need to change default interface name from gi1/0/1 to gi0/1. Is there anyway to do that?

not likely, but what is model of a router? and are there any physical ports presents? if there are g0/0 and g0/1 ports, you could swap cables and re-configure ports, right?
this gi1/0/1 indicates a module and any gi0/0 or g0/1 numbers are actually physically present ports.
