Hi,
I'm relativily new to the IOS ZWF, and have spend a lot of time to figure out why my configs didn't work, and by mistake a router reloaded and every think worked perfectly.
My question is, if it's really nessary to reload every time you make a small change/addition to e.g.. a class-map?
I've tried to remove and re-apply the zone-member on the interfaces, and do shut and no shut, but only reload works.
Another way than reload is appreciated.

Hello,
As far as I know and from the configurations I have implemented, a reload is not needed to apply changes on ZFW.
Could you please tell me what configuration did you applied and what was not working before the reload?
Regards.

Hi, I have been posting the same question to the Firewallling discussion group, because I thought that this perhaps was the wrong group.
The solution was a bug in IOS v. 15.0.1M2, and every thing worked fine after upgrade to 15.1.0T
But thanks for your reply.
PS. is there a way to close a discussion if the author solves the question/problem him self? I don't have the "Correct Answer" button on my own feeds.
Regards.
