I have an (old) Cisco 1600 which lost it's ability to boot after a power-outage last night. When it boots, it gets to turning off the first two lights but then stops there with the rest of the link lights turned on and SYSTEM turned on too.
I need to know if it's worth my while to try to get it repaired or if getting a 1700 is better?

I got the image from:
http://www.cisco.com/pcgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/cat2900XL-4MB
The change was not going for the enterprise but the standard installation. It's just around 1MB and leaves just enough for the "web" thing if you're brave enough for that.

Thanks for the info. I am looking for a place in Cisco web that hold the outdated image files. Many thx.
