Cisco 2509-RJ freezes during start-up

I bought some Cisco 2509-RJ terminal server to work on my labs and was working fine. Today I turned it on and half way through starting up it seems to freeze. I can only find one instance of this happing to someone ells on a different forum but they never said how they fixed the problem. Below is the console output I get.

System Bootstrap, Version 11.0(10c)XB1, PLATFORM SPECIFIC RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)

2500 processor with 14336 Kbytes of main memory

Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.

These old 2500 series are starting to have issues with their power supplies and capacitors at this point. So it might be some power instability.
I'd open her up and see if any of the capacitors are blown or bulging and grab a soldering iron and replace them.

You can pick up a 2900 pretty cheaply with a NM-16A...
