Cisco IOS Software, 2800 Software (C2800NM-ADVIPSERVICESK9-M), Version 12.4(9)T7
, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc3)

Ok, the router is running on a "T" train.

****** ERROR detected on PCI1 Bus
****** Try RESEATING all modules in the system
****** pci1_int_cause 0x00000240,
****** pci1_err_addr 0x00091009, pci0_err_cmd 0x0000000A
****** PCI Master Read Parity Error
PCI Target Abort

Remove any any NM/NME or WIC/HWIC cards and reboot again.  If the router is able to boot correctly, upgrade the router to a higher version.  DO NOT use another "T" train unless it is necessary.  Use an "M" train instead.
