I am trying to recover password for cisco 2950 Switch after reboot i am able log in switch but while reset the password i am trying to entered in global configuration mode and type conf t commend iam getting "% Authorization failed." Message.
Kindly find below for command and for error Message.

Hello,
Most likely you have configured AAA command authorization and the switch is
not able to communicate with the AAA server. Please perform password
recovery procedure and then remove the corresponding AAA configurations.
Once you check and make sure that the AAA server is working correctly (if
you are intending to use AAA command authorization), put the AAA commands
back in there.
