Cisco 2960 Connectivity Issue

Hi. I have a Cisco 2960 Series Switch that has stopped working. I can't connect via SSH and when I try to connect via the console port all I get is a black unresponsive screen in Putty. There are no lights (green or amber) blinking on any of the ports; however, the uplink Gig 0/1 and Gig 0/2 ports have a solid orange light. The speed and PoE lights are also solid orange. I have attached images, I hope they help.

Console into the switch and reboot. 

Post the entire boot-up process.  I think the switch is dead.
