Dear Team,
Hope you doing well.
I have one clarification as can we upgrade our existing Cisco 2960-S Series POE to L3 Switch .Do Cisco has any way forward to do this without changing the hardware.
Thanks,
Abhinandan

Hi Abhinandan,
The 2960-S only comes in LAN Base and LAN Lite, there is no IP Services license.
The 2960-X range of switches, specifically the 2960-XR, is the only switch in this range that has some routing functionality through the IP Lite license. It has most features but does lack full blown EIGRP support if you are after that.
It is also worth mentioning that each switch model in the 2960-X range is tied to a specific feature level; LAN Lite cannot be upgraded to LAN Base and LAN Base cannot be upgraded to IP Lite.

Dear Team,
We have an issue to log in(though we type correct credentials it doesn’t log in) using Cisco Network Assistant for the model Cisco 2960-S Series POE.
Some of the community support says this model is not supported for cisco network assistance, hence kindly revert back with appropriate answer.
