cisco 2960 switch port port-security

hi ,

i was trying to enable switch port port-security on cisco 2960 switch. 

it was saying as "command rejected: switch port f0/2 is dynamic port "

any one provide the solution for this problem

Yes 1st put it in access mode

switchport mode access

then try the port-security command
