Ran those alerts through the output interpreter , see below could be a bug i would TAC it to be sure

ERROR MESSAGE NOTIFICATIONS (if any)

Explanation: The error message SUPQ-4-CPUHB_RECV_STARVE will be displayed
for the following conditions:
1. The issue mentioned in the Bug tool kit for the Bug ID CSCed03214.
2. The device may receive a "1-byte frame" (i.e. Start of Frame Delimiter (SFD)
followed by one byte of data followed by End of Frame Delimiter (EFD)) under the
following known network conditions.
  - Collisions on a 10 Mbps, half-duplex interface
  - Unplugging the cable after the 1st byte is received
  - Physical layer problems on a 1000Base-T SFP port
  - Receiving packets at 10 Mbps or 100 Mbps from a device that generates nibble-aligned
  preambles
Due to a hardware issue, the "1-byte frame", which is an invalid Ethernet packet,
is passed on to the forwarding logic instead of being dropped by the MAC. This
can cause pointers in the RxPortFifo and/or RxBuffer of the ingress ASIC may get
corrupted and locked up.
Recommended Action: Hardcode the duplex and speed as mentioned in the above Bug
ID. Also, upgrade your device with the latest version of the software as mentioned
in the Bug release note. If the error message display persists, you may need the
hardware replacement. Open a service request with Cisco at TAC Service Request
Tool.

Error Message
SUPQ-4-PORT_QUEUE_STUCK: Port queue Stuck for asic [dec] port [dec]
queue [dec]
Explanation
This message means that the system has detected that an interface queue is not being
cleared in a reasonable time. The first [dec] is the ASIC, the second [dec] is the interface, and the
third [dec] is the queue number.

Errors stopped after have disabled one of stack ports of the switches stack, no matter what I disable.

Just had the same issue , we caused it from rolling out mls qos that triggered it , see below from TAC

Bug ID:

Bug Description:

  • The following message appears "%SUPQ-4-PORT_QUEUE_STUCK: Port queue Stuck for asic 1 port 1 queue 1 " on enabling qos.
  • This is primarily for queue 1
  • Traffic disruption is seen on enabling qos, for traffic egressing out of queue 1

Workarounds/Fixes:

  • The workaround for the Bug will be to reload the switch
  • No other workaround applies for this Bug
  • The issue is confirmed to be fixed in the following IOS releases:

      12.2(55)SE9

      15.0(2)EJ

            15.0(2)EJ1

            15.0(2)SE3

            15.0(2)SE4

            15.0(2)SE5

15.0(2)SE6

15.2(1)E

15.2(1)E1

Action Plan:

  • In order to fix the problem we need to proceed with an IOS upgrade of the switch to one of the known fixed releases
  • Schedule a Maintenance Window as a reload will be required to complete the IOS upgrade

Hope this information helps.

Mark,

There is this BUG to switches 2960X? Following the versions of switches:

Switch Ports Model              SW Version            SW Image
------ ----- -----              ----------            ----------
*    1 52    WS-C2960X-48TS-L   15.0(2)EX5            C2960X-UNIVERSALK9-M
     2 52    WS-C2960X-48TS-L   15.0(2)EX5            C2960X-UNIVERSALK9-M
     3 52    WS-C2960X-48TS-L   15.0(2)EX5            C2960X-UNIVERSALK9-M
     4 52    WS-C2960X-48TS-L   15.0(2)EX5            C2960X-UNIVERSALK9-M

I do not see it in the listed open caveats for your switch below but that does not mean its not its not valid , these devices can contain the same physical architecture and software and when a bug effects 1 platform it can usually effect another , the only way you will confirm is TAC it they have tools the public do not have access to and will be able to tell you and if its a bug TAC will most likely tell you to upgrade like us on our 3750x, your already on the safe harbour release and theres only 1 newer release ahead of you so i would try to confirm 1st
