Cisco 2960 X series

Hi,i have a cisco 2960 x series which i was trying to update the GUI which was not successful tried to run recovery image but still not successful. This is now the state when i boot the switch. Any help will highly be appreciated.

Is there a way i can run a recovery image to get out of that loop since the solution i tried seem not to work based on the image i have attached.

 

 - I don't see any boot loop , in fact I only see an empty screen, please verify your image and or post again.

Thanks for your response...i have highlighted on the attached image av sent again.

 

 - Whatever's in there is totally unreadable, if possible  provide output from a direct serail-console which can keep output in a logging file , too - ease then to post.

Are you sure that you have properly settings console?

 

Bits per sec : 9600
Data bits : 8
Parity : none
Stop bits : 1
Flow control : none

 

Have you tried change boot of OS from "rommon"?

Yes those are my current console settings...i am unable to get to ''rommon'' despite trying several times
