Cisco 3560CX How to copy a config.text to my PC ,USB not work.

I cant transfer this configuration file to my PC from the Flash of the 3560cx 8port switch. The USBflash0 is not work in the switch.

witch: copy flash: xmodem:

usbflash0: contains unexpected values in partition table or boot sector.
Device needs formatting before use!

The usb pen drive is format in FAT16 (2Gb), still with the same problem !

@balaji.bandi Just out of curiosity, and since there seem to be different 'opinions': where did you get that information (>4GB) ?

 

I seem to recall that it has to be LESS than 4GB.

Not sure if i could get the information correctly - 4GB and 8GB work and are available in the market?

make sure you are using an USB stick no larger than 2GB, formatted with FAT 16 and a cluster allocation size of 16 or 32K (not 64)...

My friend,

 

USB drive is 2Gb format in FAT16.

And the cluster allocation size, is that 16K ?
