cisco 3560x / mellanox cable

We have a cisco 3560x-24-p with a C3KX-NM-10G module, we are trying to connect the Cisco switch to a Mellanox SX1012 switch using a Mellanoxx MC2309130-002-V-A2 cable however the switch doesn't recognise the sfp+ on the cable. We have updated to 15.0.2-SE6 but we are still unable to get the switch to recognise it

anyone ever come across connecting the two?

I know it is older question or topic, but we are having an issue connecting a Mellanox sx1012 to Cisco 4507 using a 40Gb qsfp to 4 10Gb sfp+ mellanox cable. Curious what your resolution was. Has anyone had a similar issue when connecting Cisco to Mellanox (or vise versa) ?

I'm facing the same issue, scenario is: to connect Mellanox sn2010 10gig module to cisco 3650 10 gig sfp module. 

Please explain how it;s been resolved. ???
