CISCO 3725 WITH 16 FAST ETHERNET PORTS

Hi,
I have a Cisco 3725 router. It has a 16-port 10/100 Etherswitch (NM-16ESW).
Now we have taken a 100 mb fast ethernet port from bb noc in order to provision
internet lease line of different speed with different ip pool and different vlan.

we want to connect this 100 mb FE port to cisco 3725 fastethernet 0/1 port
and configure wan ip 172.24.219.93/30
and on nm-16esw card 1st port configure with ip pool 117.240.47.224 to
117.240.47.231 with vlan 199 and speed 2mb.

kindly guide us how we done this.
