Cisco 3750-E green status light after boot up, no lights on ports, blank putty on console connection

I have a Cisco 3750 ws-37503-24TD-S, that is refusing my connections.

I have another one, that I have had no issue connecting to over Serial 9600.

This one refuses.

I have tried 1200, 2400, 3600, 4800, 6000, 7200, 8400, 9600, 10800, 11200, no luck.

I have tried to connect to one of the front ports, but they don't even light up (they do on the working switch).

I assume the switch is dead, but the startup sequence goes through the syst test, and comes out green.

I have tried factory reset, by unplugging, holding the mode button, and then plugging back in, and then waiting before releasing the mode button.

On the working switch, that acts as expected, on the non working switch, still nothing on the console connection.

Console is not working on this switch, is there a way to connect to the switch outside of console, after a factory reset ?

Am I doing the factory reset correctly (it worked on the other switch, but that doesn't mean I'm doing it right) ?

Is there another way to factory reset the switch ?

Looks like some hardware issue here, if you like to test you can use the dumb Layer 2 switch here. just connect 2 devices in each port and see if the port LED Light up and the PC can connect each other
