Cisco 3750 protected ports over several switches

Hi I`m setting up a network where each access port should be isolated from each other. Thought I would use the protected port feature. But the networks is spanning several switches, using protected ports, will access port on switch A be able to talk to access port on switch B? This is not wanted in this case.

Hey protected ports between different switches can speak to each other

You could look at using private vlans with isolated ports as another option that will prevent them speaking to each other at L2

Isolated VLANs—Ports within an isolated VLAN cannot communicate with each other at the Layer 2 level.
