cisco 3750x wont boot - HELP

Hi all

I had an issue where my 3750x wouldnt join a stack, I tried a manual update in the stack it didnt work.

I unplugged the stacking cables, and it boots straight to rommon

its trying to boot from an image in the upgrade directory but fails

I have copied an image from USB into flash and tried to boot from that, it seems to be stuck on loadin, with loads of @ symbols appearing.

How long should it take to boot the image? or am i doing something wrong?

IN normal conditions this process should be completed in 3-4 minutes for first boot, after this it can upgrade the microcodes this process also take the same time.
