Hi,
Always a good idea to check the data sheet:

Nothing about L2L VPNs. Afterwall it is a switch (with routing). For a L2L you should use a router, firewall or VPN concentrator.

The 3750x does NOT support a ipsec vpn as in site to site over the internet or something like that.
what I think you have confused it with is 802.1ae wich can encrypt a L1 link with AES encryption.
but so far (-as i know) that is only towards a nexus 7000.
The new software 12.2.58 was hoped (by me and others) to include that 3750x can do 802.1ae towards eachother.
but I have yet tot test that and so far i have seen nothing to indicate that it will work.
The 802.1ae is not to be confused with a site 2 site vpn.
For a site 2 site vpn that you need a firewall or a router.
Good luck
HTH
