Hi,
I need to have POE+ (30W) on all 24 ports on Cisco 3850-24P-S. The switch by default will support 14 ports (POE+) with default 715W AC.
My question is whether the switch will support POE+ on all 24 ports with dual 715W AC or 1100W AC. Does it have any limitations from software to provide full POE+ power.
I don't want use C3850-24XU-S due to cost factors.
Thanks in advance.

The 24-port switch only has 435w available for PoE.
Only the 48-port can support 24 ports PoE+ (30w) because they are programed with higher PoE allowance of 800w.

For 48-port switch I need POE+ on 48 all ports.
I believe the 24-port SW has 435W power available with 715W supply, what about If I use 1100W power supply?

I don't believe that will work. It's hard-coded in the system.
The 1100w PS is only for power stacking.
