Hi, I'm having 2 Ciso 3850 running stack mode. Today I try to power on 2 switches and it can not boot, the system led flashing all the time.
I tried:

1. Power off 2 switches and remove stack cable

2. Power on 1 switches and hold MODE button to go to ROMMON, but the System led does not change status

Can some one help me please. Thank you.

Personally i believe you need to raise TAC case RMA if you have contract.

but you can try below method.

1 switches and hold MODE button to go to ROMMON

You can try download the image to USB and see if you can able to boo the device.

example :

switch: boot usbflash0:cat3k_caa-universalk9.16.09.03a.SPA.bin

follow below guide for more details :

The switch is dead.

Contact TAC and organize RMA.

sad to hear that

Why is that?

It is only "sad to hear that" if nobody wants to make an effort to RMA the switch even though every 3850 purchased comes with Enhanced Limited Lifetime Hardware Warranty.

We have never paid for maintenance to our fleet of 2960S, 3750E/3750X, 3850, 9300/9500 and APs because of LLHW/E-LLHW.

I mean it's sad to hear that the switch is dead. I will try to RMA.

I try to check my switch SN on https://cway.cisco.com/sncheck/ and it shows like this. Will I be able to RMA?

Look at the right-hand box.  It says "Warranty COVERED".
