As per our experience we suggest the best option for your resolve in time manner.

 

becuase of your output show the behaviour of the device - flash is desd, these all electronic items.

 

So suggestion is if you have smartnet contract for this raise TAC case , TAC will investigate for you, and RMA the new one for you for quicker resolution.
