Cisco 3850 from IP-Services to IP-Base, How??

Hi guys,

I have Cisco WS-C3850-48P, verison 16.12.10a.

License Entitlement tag Count Status
------------------------------------
C3850_48_Ipserv (C3850-48 IP Services) 

At the moment, it is using IP Services. It has also added as smart licence.

I would like to convert this back to IP Base as we are not using IP Services features.

I do not see any command/option on the cli.

How can this be achieved?

Activate ipbase: #license right-to-use activate ipbase (all) --all if you have a stack

There is no option for license right-to-use command.

I have found the option to use different level of booting that allows the smart license feature.
