Cisco 3850 Stack Unit Failed, but I can't get a failure reason

Hello.

May 5, Cisco 3850 Stacking was failed and restored in several minutes.

Looks like one of the two stack members has been reloaded.

I found crash log in switch, but I can't get a failure reason clearly.

I checked power and stack cables, but they were securely connected.

The switch is in a rack with multiple pieces of equipment. Other equipment is fine.

This switches isn't registered in TAC service contract.

Can you take a look at this crash log file and guess why?

That file is not the crashlog.

Post the complete output to the following commands:

  1. sh version
  2. dir flash-2:
  3. dir flash-2:/core
  4. dir crashinfo-2:
  5. sh log on switch 2 up detail

Thank you for your reply.

1. show verison output

I upload show version file(May, 25)

2,3,4. dir flash-2:

I will try get crashlog files in end of this month.

5. show log on switch 2 up detail

I upload a log of the switch I think was reloaded on May 5th. (May, 25)

I think that log buffer was running out.

Looking at the logs, I can only think that the switch has been reloaded.

This is Korean Standard Time (KST), so a time zone different from UTC may appear.

If switch 1 has crashed, then I want to see the output the following:

  1. dir flash-1:
  2. dir flash-1:core
  3. dir crashinfo-1:
  4. sh log switch 1 up detail
