cisco 4321 smart license error Could not validate trust chain

Hi,

We have a 4321 router that we are trying to use for the smart account with security k9 .
The router is not connected to the Internet, so we use licensing reservation . After loading the file in the router we try to install it but get an error

Does anyone know the error and how to solve the problem

Hello @pinie0001 ,

The first thing to do is to set the correct clock for the router:

device#clock set h:mm <day of month> <month> <year>

Then try installing the authorisation again.

What version of IOS are you running on the ISR? There are some differences in the way licenses are installed on the router depending on IOS version.
