Is this Interface up and working ?

check the Physical cables and also how is the environment temperature ?

Try replacing the SFP with another SFP and test it

Still issue try upgrade to latest code 17.6.X onwards and check.

Hello @cmishra ,

the Optical Receive Power of interface Te2/1/5 is -9.8 dBm and the warning threshold of the interface is set at -9.9 dBm. It's not the end of the world as the interface counters are clean.

Do you have a similar interface with the same SFP and a similar FO cable run? Can you look at and share the show interface Te... transceiver detail of that interface for comparison?

Regards, LG
