Cisco 4351 isr router license for advance IP service

I purchased a cisco 4351 isr router from third part vendor. When I ask him about license he told license is loaded . I have only IP base license but I needed advanced IP service what I have do to get it? Is I have to purchase it spreatly ?.....

Moving forward, "Advance IP Services" no longer exist.  IP Base comes default with the router.
