Has anyone setup or used a 4500x series switch with both 10Gbe and 1gbe ports and seen if the Switch supports interface rate-limiting? I have a need at an aggregation point for a switch that can rate-limit at the interface. I currently have a brocade in this location and it uses a simple rate-limit command. Does anyone have any experience with 4500x series to tell me if it supports this? I know most cisco switching doesnt have a standard rate-limit concept but could use shaping or policing but i want to stay away from of that if possible. You help is appreciated!
