Cisco 4948 issue 122-46.SG on AAA authorization

I have faced a problem regarding AAA line:

aaa authorization exec default group tacacs+ local

if i add this line in my cisco 4948 switch running on 122-46.SG..  The next time i telnet to the switch i get an automatic restart of the switch and all configs are lost.

  If its something you can repeatedly duplicate then call the TAC , it's an IOS bug or if you don't want to bother with that try a different IOS release.
