Dears,

I have core 6506 with POE Ethernet module. I connected cisco Access points and telephone devices and it was supply them power normally.

Now the Ethernet module stop to supply the POE for these devices and I got the below messages:-

The device connected to 1/38 is powered up but its link is not up in 5 seconds. Therefore, power is withdrawn from the port.
The device connected to 1/38 is powered up but its link is not up in 5 seconds. Therefore, power is withdrawn from the port.

 pd_scp_power_req_resp_ver2: rx scp err code = 1

Your ideas is highly appreciated,

Regards,

Is the issue with just one port or all of the ports on that module?

I checked 5 ports only and have the same issue but I didn't check all module ports.

The issue is only with POE but when I connect PC it's working normally.
