My Customer Switch Active SUP got reload and come up;
I Shared the crashinfo herewith. Please help me to know the reason of reload active SUP.

You should raise this with TAC most likely its a bug in your software and only they will be able to identify exactly what triggered it

I too gust it might be IOS bug, unable to find out exact one, is there any tools apart from output interpreter to retrieve crashinfo?

Unfortunatly Cisco do not have a public tool for identifying crash outputs they need to go to TAC along with a current show tech off the effected device, they have proprietary tools that can decode these outputs
