Cisco 6807 SUP6T Switch - Receiving USBFLASH errors

We have a 6807 SUP6T switch with two supervisor units installed, after upgrading and rebooting the device we are now receiving the below USBFLASH errors. Based on the logs the issue seem to be related to the usb flash drive. When we went to re-seat the supervisor module we noticed there are no USB flash drive in/on the unit. So, we are not sure why we are now receiving the errors or where to find the USB Flash drive.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

6807 SUP6T have  Bootdisk :4 GB (eUSB)

You can raise an TAC case.  or you can run this command see if that fix the issue fsck bootdisk:

Technically should not impact, but do it in maintenance window.

Raise a TAC Case. That supervisor card's internal circuitry is having a problem.
The USBFLASH talks about the CF slot inside.
