Dear Team,
We have Cisco 6807 XL in VSS. One of the card on second switch is powerdown and we have received new card. Can I replace the card when switch is online?
Also, after inserting card in to switch, it will automatically power on or need to power on with command.

As long as there is enough power and the module is supported by the IOS it should be ready to use, no need to manually power anything on.
As you are simply replacing the same module you should be fine.

Abhisar,
These modules are hot swappable. Hence you dont need to power off complete switch you can go ahead and remove and insert the new module.
