Cisco 9300-24t stuck in rommon

Hi,

I have a cisco 9300 switch, and i mistakenly formatted it to factory defaults. I have tried to instal ios again via xmodem, but have not managed to do so. It is saying unsupported device/filesystem. Is there any other way to flash ios in this switch? Thanks.

It is saying this:
