Hi Tech Guys,
Please confirm if i can use the layer 3 functionality in access switches 9300 with NETWORK ESSENTIAL LICENSE.
SWITCH MODEL: C9300-48P-E
Requirment: i want to connect Server to Access switch with Layer 3 interface. (Server does not support Layer 2 VLAN).
can i achieve this in my switch to have a Network Essentail Licence.
can u breif what type of Layer 3 functionalities are available in cisco 9300 access switches including network essentials license

Could we achive by making Layer 3 etherchannel with Core/Distribution and run ospf/eigrp for layer 2 routed access.?

This has nothing to do with license.
Point-to-point means both ends must "agree" on something. If one end is a Layer 3 link then the other end must also support Layer 3.
Server doesn't necessarily support VLAN. As long the end point has an IP address, correct subnet mask, and a valid default gateway it should be fine. But those links to the server doesn't necessarily have to be a Layer 3.
