CISCO 9300 STACK PRIORITY

Does this command exist ?

when i type switch ? 

i only see switch provision no option for switch priority.

my OS is Fuji 16.9.x

The command is there but you need to issue the command under the "privilege exec" mode and not the global config mode (config t).

Command is there but in Privileged Mode (not config mode).

does renumbering the switches in a stack cause the switch to lose its port configurations?

Depends.
If there is no configuration for switch 1 and the switch is renumber to switch 1, so yes.
