Each end of the stacking cable has a "Cisco" logo. Are they facing UP?

Thank you for your quick support, but now i am getting below error

Stacking cable shows the "Cisco" logo is pointing DOWNWARDS.
Fix that up first and we'll deal with the next problem.

Seriously, WTF are you doing??? Is this some kind of deranged joke?
The screws to the stacking cables are LOOSE!
Do you honestly think the stacking cable screws are some kind of "decorations"?
Look at the so-called "console cable" at the back! It is flippin' FRAYED!

Thank you for the giving me such kind of information.
When i add another one more switch with the stack, its working fine, but not with previous switch.
