we are receiving below error in 9500 stack. i checked power supply is ok and temperature is also green. the module is different every time. TenGigabitEthernet2/0/1 TenGigabitEthernet2/0/40 , TenGigabitEthernet2/0/30 etc.

Hi Manish,
Can you try reseat and see if the issue is fixed, if not I suggest raise a case with cisco TAC they will analyse it further. If they cant find cause they likely to do RMA
Kind regards
Mukesh

this is related to port that was referring, Do you have any SFP Module installed on that port ? TenGigabitEthernet2/0/1
what version of IOS XE Code ?
09-01-2023 09:30 AM
yes sfp module is installed.
XE : 17.06.04 CAT9K_IOSXE

Looks ok for me - if you get chance in the maintenance window, reseat the SFP
Do you see any performance issue other than logs ?
09-01-2023 10:37 AM
no, no other performance issue. all good.
this is happening for multiple sfp module.
09-01-2023 10:45 AM
hmm could be bug - we are running 17.6.4 not see that issue. its stable version
until you like to go to 17.9.3

Contact Cisco TAC and arrange for an RMA. The motherboard is failing. The circuitry for switch 2, port 1 is experiencing issues.
