cisco 9500 switch major error

we are receiving below error in 9500 stack. i checked power supply is ok and temperature is also green. the module is different every time. TenGigabitEthernet2/0/1 TenGigabitEthernet2/0/40 , TenGigabitEthernet2/0/30 etc. 

MAJOR Event: Cisco: Temperature problem. Currently, Temperature (TenGigabitEthernet2/0/1 Module Temperature Sensor) status: unavailable

MAJOR Event: Cisco: Power Supply problem. Currently, Power Supply (TenGigabitEthernet2/0/1 Supply Voltage Sensor) status: unavailable

Hi Manish, 

Can you try reseat and see if the issue is fixed, if not I suggest raise a case with cisco TAC they will analyse it further. If they cant find cause they likely to do RMA

this is related to port that was referring, Do you have any SFP Module installed on that port ? TenGigabitEthernet2/0/1

what version of IOS XE Code ?

Looks ok for me - if you get chance in the maintenance window, reseat the SFP

Do you see any performance issue other than logs ?

this is happening for multiple sfp module.

hmm could be bug - we are running 17.6.4 not see that issue. its stable version

until you like to go to 17.9.3

Contact Cisco TAC and arrange for an RMA.  The motherboard is failing.  The circuitry for switch 2, port 1 is experiencing issues.
