Cisco ASA and Meraki's

Has anyone put 2 Meraki 125s in front of a pair of ASAs 5525s setup with redundant ports for failover?

We have a HSRP cable coming into our 125s from our vender and we have our 125s setup with vrrp going into 2 Cisco ASA 5525s.  The 5525s are setup with redundant ports for failover

The issue that we are seeing is that the uplink ports on the 2 Meraki 125s keep bouncing back and forth and I misspoke when I said the 125s were using vrrp.  They are not, they are just 2 independent switches.

can you draw the topology ?

but if I do that, am I going to loose my redundancy?  The 125s are NOT stacked.
