Cisco ASR1002-X and SPA-8X1GE or SPA-8X1GE-V2

I was curious if anyone knew if the SPA-8X1GE shared port adaptor would work in Cisco ASR1000 series routers?

The SPA-8X1GE and SPA-1GE-v2 seems identical cept for some differnet like QinQ not being available on v1 and along with a huge price difference.

The v1 is EoS and EoL. v2 is its successor.
